The SERVUS Seal is displayed in every member business unit.
It shows a commitment to Customer Service and reflects how customers rate the
customer service provided by that business.
The SERVUS process accredits and recognises businesses
for the customer service commitment they have delivered
each quarter.
Accreditation is awarded based on feedback from customers. There are three
levels of accreditation.

One SERVUS Diamond is awarded for a three-month period of customer feedback that
is predominantly positive.

An additional SERVUS Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of two SERVUS Diamonds is 6 months of SERVUS membership.

An additional SERVUS Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of three SERVUS Diamonds is 9 months of SERVUS membership.

An additional SERVUS Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of four SERVUS Diamonds is 12 months of SERVUS membership.

An additional SERVUS Diamond is awarded for another three-month period of customer feedback that is predominantly positive.
The fastest possible acquisition of five SERVUS Diamonds is 15 months of SERVUS membership.
Once
a business has achieved a SERVUS Five Diamond Accreditation they can proceed to
enhance their Customer Service rating by continuing to be rated by customers.
An additional
six months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business a
SERVUS Premium Diamond.
Another six months of predominantly positive feedback
earns a business another SERVUS Premium Diamond.
The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 27
months of SERVUS membership.
Another six
months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business another
SERVUS Premium Diamond. The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 33 months of SERVUS membership.
Another six
months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business another
SERVUS Premium Diamond. The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 39 months of SERVUS membership.
Another six
months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business another
SERVUS Premium Diamond. The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 45 months of SERVUS membership.
Once
a business has achieved a Five SERVUS Premium Diamond
Accreditation they can proceed to enhance their Customer
Service rating by continuing to be rated by customers.
An
additional six months of predominantly positive feedback
earns a business a SERVUS Partner Diamond Rating Symbol.
Another six
months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business another
SERVUS Partner Diamond. The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 57 months of SERVUS membership.
Another six
months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business another
SERVUS Partner Diamond. The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 63 months of SERVUS membership.
Another six
months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business another
SERVUS Partner Diamond. The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 69 months of SERVUS membership.
Another six
months of predominantly positive feedback earns a business another
SERVUS Partner Diamond.
The fastest possible acquisition of this rating is 75 months of SERVUS membership.
Achieving this
status means a business never has to renew their SERVUS Membership
and becomes part of Australia’s benchmark for customer service
excellence as rated by customers.
