SERVUS Customer Feedback Capture

SERVUS has developed an extremely simple but highly effective
mechanism to capture customer impressions of their service experience at the
last transaction.
By focussing on the
behaviours that define the customer service element of
the transaction, a company can invite customers to rate
these
behaviours and then modify or reinforce them
in an effort to keep improving the delivery of the
customer experience as a continuum.

monitored (the customer sends this form to SERVUS),
