SERVUS collates and presents data to members via a secure
encrypted web based facility that allows managers and staff to see specific
feedback from customers.
This reporting allows managers to not only share
positive and negative customer perceptions with staff in
order to reinforce or modify
behaviours, but also to respond to specific comments
from customers.
Reporting tools include the ability to track offerings, view
business unit performances over time, analyse different aspects of feedback
data and compare against other business units.
